This is an exceptionally well-sorted and restored 1990 Land Rover Defender 110, brought to you by Defender Imports.  This is a former military Defender (Ex-MOD) that was previously used by the Netherlands Armed Forces.  After the truck arrived at our shop, we performed a 300-point bumper to bumper inspection, that included an additional 200 hours of restoration and service. The vehicle is mechanically sound and is ready for immediate use as a daily driver or dedicated trail rig. This build is focused on offroad capability, rugged aesthetic with purpose-built features, while maintaining the look and patina of a classic Ex-MOD. This is a clean and reliable daily driver with matching numbers. The vehicle is powered by a 3.5L Rover V8 engine with an Edelbrock upper manifold and FiTech electronic fuel injection.  The engine is paired with an LT85 5-speed manual transmission and an LT230 transfer case with locking center differential. The engine cold starts without issue and with the addition of electronic fuel injection it runs smoother and performs better than ever before. The engine had 299,790 original kilometers (186,280 miles) upon arrival to the US. During the restoration of this truck, we replaced the speedometer so it now reads in MPH. The new odometer currently has 22 miles on it. The vehicle looks great, drives great and is ready for your next adventure.

The headlights have also been fitted with 6000 lumen LED bulbs for superior lighting at night.

Mechanical services include: engine service with new head gasket, Fi-Tech EFI install with Edelbrock upper manifold, new fuel pump and fuel level sender, overhauled fuel tank with new gaskets and seals, rebuilt front hubs with new bearings and grease, overhauled front and rear differentials with new oil; overhauled transmission and t-case with new seals, gaskets and fluids; serviced steering box, all internal and external electrical accessories and lighting serviced and operable, rebuilt emergency brake, brake rebleed and serviced rear drum brakes, full fluid flush with oil change and fresh coolant.
